Meadowood Homes has been established since 2002.  We are a small company, that can offer to you, the customer, personalized service, whatever your construction requirements.

 

Our expertise can aid you in the development of your project, whether it be a totally new concept and construction to the smallest job that you have .  Our tradesmen and working associates are very experienced and will work closely in achieving your goals.

 

Our smallest building project was the construction of a multi roomed shed for the pump system for a development that we live in.  Our latest project, a real challenge I may add, was the construction of three very high end cabins on the shore of Discovery Channel.  Our client was Brown's Bay Marina and Ripple Rock Resort of Campbell River.  We had to duplicate the look of a post and beam constructed unit.  By using a local supplier of cedar products (have used for 7 years) , the mill was able to cut  the necessary timbers and siding to  achieve the exact look.  In the interior's, we sourced a specialty company and used their products for the interior finishing and railings.

 

Other other construction projects range from 700 sq foot additions to 3800 sq foot customs.  All are built to the same standards:  all were designed specifically for the customer's needs.

 

When not building houses, we have done improvements to mobile homes, built decks, done interior renovations and acted as project managers.
