Our goal is "Customer Satisfaction", and in order to achieve that, a process must be adhered to.

1.  Understanding the customer's needs and budget

2.  to use only approved materials and construction methods to ensure lasting value   for the client

4.  to advise and offer suggestion for any possible details before and during construction to make the customer aware of the availability and the possible benefits that they may derive from them

5.  To be flexible before and during construction to ensure that all changes requested, whenever possible are dealt with.

 

For most people, either the building of a new home, the renovating of one, or adding on to an existing home changes one's perspective.  Not only is it an expense, but it is one of lifestyle, and should be thought of in that manner.  A lot of people think only in terms of cost, but by fully understanding the process, small changes which are not cost prohibitive, can greatly influence your level of satisfaction.  It is our job to make sure that you are aware of these options.
