Meadowood Homes was started in 2003,  We are a small, family based business that strives to deliver the customer's needs while maintaining a high standard of construction.  Most of the homes that we have built have been custom designed to suit each customer's individual needs.

 

From drafting, to delivery we are there for every step, supervising, co-ordinating and making sure that your every need and design element are done to your satisfaction.  Its simple.  We are not building a house:  we are creating your home.

 

Most of our tradespeople have been with us from day one.  By using the same trades, we have come to rely on the quality of products that they supply, the promptness of their involvement in the scheduling, and most importantly, they do their portion right the first time!

 

Whether you are thinking of a starter  or an executive home, the type of building practice and quality of the components are always the same:  Good quality roofing, lifetime warranty plumbing fixtures, and above code construction are standard with us.

Our kitchens are hand crafted and designed specifically for the home with the features that you want.  We do not use box store or assembly line cabinets. You have the choices of materials, countertops, features, and finish!

 

All builders in the Province of British Columbia must be bonded and registered.  In addition, we must have in place the 10 year Warranty that is mandated.  We are quite proud of the fact that there has never been a warranty claim against our company.  Not all can say that.  Its quite simple.  Do it right the first time.
